Young Enterprise
20th May 2016

Pre-Prep have embraced the Young Enterprise Fiver Challenge as a fun way of learning about the world of finance... and teamwork! We have our three final projects now and they will be running as small businesses from 6th June to the 1st of July. The School Council and Project Managers have worked together really well so far and have enjoyed the responsibility of starting up their own business. Here are the three teams:

Business 1: Snack Van
Project Manager –Alexander
This business will run as a healthy snack shop. Children can buy fruit pots, smoothies, ice lollies or strawberries and cream, pre-ordering a week in advance. Each week there will be something different on offer. We would like to thank Sainsbury's for helping us to source our fruit. Mrs Froggatt and Alexander will be collecting it every Monday from their Tonbridge store.
Business 2: Somerhill Garden Express
Project Manager – Alexandra
This business will sell the opportunity to make your own garden, have it named and a photograph taken. The garden activity will change each week. This activity will take place on the paddock at lunch time.
Business 3: Loominators
Project Manager – Evelynn
This business will also run at lunchtime and it will consist of making Loom bands, buying Loom bands already made or learning how to make new loom band creations.
