We are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic, willing and highly adaptable individuals who would relish contributing to our successful, vibrant school for one year, starting in September 2026.

This is a fixed-term contract role working on a full-time basis whilst the school is in session, including staff INSET days and other training days. This is a great opportunity to experience all areas of our school and join a team of Gap Students as well as the wider team at Somerhill!

The package

Employment status: Full time, fixed term for one full academic year.

(Please note that we cannot accept applicants who cannot commit to the full academic year)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:45am-4:45pm

Salary: Competitive, based on our Somerhill pay scale

Reporting to: Deputy Head, Pastoral
