Somerhill expands to 42 weeks of care for Nursery and Kindergarten!
We are delighted to announce that our exceptional early years provision is now available for 42 weeks of the year, following the launch of Little Somers Holiday School: 10 weeks of nurturing, play-based holiday school for our current Nursery and Kindergarten children.
All pre-school children may book into our Little Somers Holiday School, where they will thrive in a familiar classroom environment filled with laughter, learning, and fun. Each day will be packed with exciting indoor and outdoor activities designed to spark creativity and curiosity, all carefully linked to the EYFS framework. Each week will be themed, ensuring new and engaging topics are explored to enrich the children’s early learning journey.
We hope this extended care will be especially helpful for working families and for those who may need additional support during the school holidays. Looking ahead, our aim is to offer full holiday coverage from September 2026, giving families greater flexibility and continuity throughout the year.

Awesome Autumn Adventures: 19th - 23rd and 26th - 30th October 2026
Embrace the magic of autumn through woodland adventures, creative crafts, outdoor games and harvest-inspired activities.
Winter Wonderland Workshops: 14th - 18th December 2026
Festive crafts, winter games and cosy storytelling in Somerhill’s magical setting. From making decorations to exploring the outdoors, enjoy creativity, friendship and seasonal sparkle.
Spring into Action: 15th - 19th February 2027
Burst into the new season by springing into action at Somerhill! Enjoy outdoor adventures, creative crafts and active games that celebrate the energy and freshness of spring.
Egg-citing Adventures: 5th - 9th and 12th - 16th April 2027
Egg-citing adventures full of Easter crafts, outdoor games and seasonal fun in our beautiful parkland. A holiday school full of creativity, friendship and springtime magic!
Summer at Somerhill: 12th July - 27th August 2027
Enjoy super summer adventures, with sunshine-filled days of outdoor play, creative activities and exciting challenges. A holiday school full of fun, friendship and endless summer memories!
