Year 7 boys recently performed their drama production on the theme of war. Inspired by their studies of conflict poetry in English, they put together a fantastic evening of sketches from Blackadder, ‘Allo ‘Allo and Oh What a lovely War. Contrasting comedy with poignant moments from ‘The Great Dictator’ and readings of ‘Flanders Field’ and ‘Suicide in the Trenches’, the boys managed to create a powerful piece of theatre.
