We kicked off our new season of soirées with the senior boys in Years 7 and 8 – what a fabulous event! The piano, drums and electric guitar, as well as string, brass, and woodwind instruments, were all played in front of an appreciative audience. The boys showed confidence and poise and dealt with their nerves superbly.

On Thursday, it was the turn of our Year 5 pupils with 45 minutes of joyful music. Despite only having had a handful of lessons since the summer holidays, all pupils gave confident performances on instruments from all sections of the orchestra.
What a great inspiration to our younger musicians.
